Think you need a lot of time to plan a wedding? Well Lauren and Pat planned their intimate Vermont elopement in less than TWO WEEKS.

When I think back to the last wedding I shot before the pandemic got serious, I remember every detail so clearly. It feels right to share Amber and Zack’s beautiful snowy wedding day at the Mountaintop Inn and Resort as we come up on their two year anniversary!

One of my favorite tasks is helping couples looking to elope find that perfect elopement location, and have I collected some awesome spots through the years. It only seems right to share a few of my favorite that make for the perfect place to celebrate.

This summer engagement session was the stuff of my dreams - soft cloud cover, golden hour lighting over Lake Champlain, and two incredibly wonderful people to photograph it all with.

Looking back on this year and all the amazing weddings and elopements I was so fortunate to photograph, there were plenty of moments that really brought me joy. It only seems fitting to share those moments big and small here with you.

I could go on and on about how awful 2020 was. But if I’ve learned anything about myself this year, it’s that I am forever an optimist.
